"Visit date was 5/3/24 at the Henderson Clinic. It was alright and patient is due for a follow up visit on Jun 7th. Clinical personnel very pleasant. Waited for a lab order, but Tanya (the checkout personnel) was not getting the order ready, and patient had to leave so she promised to email the lab order, and up to this time of writing (5/17/24), no email of the lab order. Calling TOI clinic is not ..."
